The assumed oil price is $5/MMBtu ($31.45/bbl). Gas prices imbedded in gas-fired generation bids are assumed at $6.58/MMBtu.

Gas-fired generation is on the margin during the early afternoon and early morning with oil-fired generation and pumped storage scattered for a few hours during the day.
